Membership Guide
Everything about Nilux club membership, from joining to booking your visits — plain and simple, no surprises.
The two clubs
Maintenance Club — every visit is a full Basic Clean (outside wash + full interior tidy). Monthly (1 visit): Sedan $70 · SUV $89 · Truck $109. Bi-Weekly (2 visits a month): Sedan $65 · SUV $79 · Truck $99 per visit, billed monthly ($130 / $158 / $198).
Interior Club — interior care for one vehicle; pet hair removal and deep stain treatment are included in every visit, never add-ons. Monthly (1 visit): Sedan $110 · SUV $160 · Truck $160. Every 2 months (1 visit): Sedan $130 · SUV $190 · Truck $190.
Your first visit is included at your member price — for Interior members it's a full Interior Deep Detail; for Maintenance members a full Basic Clean. There is no sign-up fee and no extra 'first visit' charge.
How joining works
1) Pick your club and vehicle size, and tap Buy Now. 2) Create your account — an email address is required — and add your name and phone. 3) Pay by card. Your membership starts right away, and your first visit credit is in your account.
How payment works
Your card is charged automatically each cycle — monthly plans every month, every-2-months plans every two months — always on the same date as your first payment. Membership runs in 6-month periods and your price is fixed for the whole period. Wix emails you a payment receipt for every charge. (Membership is the only thing we bill by card — regular one-time bookings stay cash or Zelle.)
Booking your visits — the dates
Your plan gives you visit credits — they do not book appointments for you automatically. Each cycle, you pick your own day: log in, go to Book Online, choose your service, pick any open time, and select 'Pay with plan' — $0 due. Book your first visit right after joining. You can reschedule a visit anytime from your account. Please use each credit within its cycle — unused credits expire and don't roll over.
Interior Club — step by step
Your Interior Club membership gives you one visit credit (called a 'session') in each billing cycle — monthly plans: one per month; every-2-months plans: one per two months. It does not book appointments for you automatically. 1) When you join, book your first visit right away: go to Book Online, choose Interior Deep Detail — your first visit is the full deep detail, included in your membership — pick any open time, and select 'Pay with plan' ($0 due). 2) Each cycle, book that cycle's visit the same way: when your membership renews, a new credit lands in your account — Book Online → Interior Deep Detail → any open day you like → 'Pay with plan.' 3) Need to move a visit? You can reschedule it anytime from your account. Please use each credit within its cycle — unused credits expire and don't roll over. Every visit includes pet hair removal and deep stain treatment.
Maintenance Club — step by step

Good to know
• One membership covers one vehicle. A second vehicle at the same home gets 10% off its own membership.
• Members save 15% on Interior Deep Detail, Complete Interior & Exterior and add-ons with their member codes.
• If one month your car needs more than a maintenance visit, that visit can be applied as credit toward a deeper detail — you pay only the difference, with your 15% member discount.
• Cancel anytime — no fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
